Digital Ministry Director
Hi, I'm Eva Scholla, Digital Ministry Director here at Hills Christian Church and CORE Christian Community. My role is simple at its heart: making sure that wherever someone finds us online, whether it's our website, our social pages, or a Sunday livestream, they feel the same warmth and welcome they'd find walking through our front doors.
I oversee our website and digital presence because I believe how we show up online matters. For many people, it's their very first glimpse of our church family, and I want that glimpse to reflect God's love.
Someone scrolling at midnight, wrestling with something heavy, can find a message of hope. A member who can't attend in person can still feel part of the body of Christ. A new face can peek into Hills online and already sense they belong. In Mark 16:15, Jesus told us to "go into all the world and preach the gospel." Today, that world includes a screen at midnight, and I believe our digital spaces are part of answering that call.
This work is deeply meaningful to me. Every page and post is a chance to extend grace a love a little further.

CORE Worship & Arts Director
From the time I was little, I was always singing. Never in a million years did I imagine that would become my job. God has used music throughout my life to anchor my heart and mind when the world around me feels out of control, and now I am blessed to help create that same space for others.
Within our church, I plan worship services, thoughtfully using music to reinforce the message and proclaim biblical truth about who God is and who we are in Him. Worship is about far more than music, of course, but singing praise is one of the clear ways Scripture calls us to worship.
Across the CORE Community, I help equip worship teams from all three churches, provide graphic design support, and coordinate audio/visual production for special events. My desire is to help create environments where distractions are minimized, the gospel is clearly communicated, and people are free to respond to God in worship.
Fun personal detail: My family has a farm in Colorado Springs where we raise dairy cows, beef cows, goats, turkeys, chickens, and a variety of garden produce.

Women's Ministry Director
I am passionate about the Women's Ministry at Hills Christian Church because I believe God created us to grow in faith together. There is something so powerful about women gathering to study God's Word, encourage one another, pray together, and walk through life's seasons side by side. I've experienced how meaningful genuine, Christ centered community can be, and my heart is to help create a place where every woman feels welcomed, known, and loved. My desire is for women to deepen their relationship with Jesus, build lasting friendships, and leave each gathering encouraged to love God, love people, and live out their faith every day.
Fun detail about me: I will be starting my own beauty business offering hair, nail, and facial services. I love helping people feel confident, cared for, and beautiful inside and out!
Kids Ministry Director
I love playing a role in raising up the next generation in the Church! Nurturing each one of our CORE Kids relationship with God in fun, engaging ways makes me come alive. My heart is to see kids and their families grow more connected as they strive to be exactly who God has called them to be.
Fun detail about me: I love to travel with my family - collecting memories and passport stamps one trip at a time!

Hi! I'm Brittany Gray, part of the Children’s Ministry at Hills Christian Church. I have attended Hills for almost four years and became a part of Children’s Ministry about three years ago!

Children's Ministry Organizer (Nursery-3rd Grade)
I have been serving and working with kids in one way or another for 22 years. I knew pretty quickly that God was calling me to serve the kingdom by ministering to His littlest ones! I believe all kiddos down to the littlest babies are an important part of God's kingdom ( Mattew 19:14) and therefore children's ministry is absolutely crucial in helping establish strong biblical foundations in the lives of our kids, especially in today's world. I am constantly inspired by our children as well! (Matt 18:2). My degrees in education and business management have helped me lean into this calling. I feel blessed to get to serve with the incredible church family at Hills!
